They both are very pleasant and super hardworking. They are excellent at their jobs and I really appreciate all the work they completed.
Today was our loading day, we had Dave, Kevin, Jaylen, and we were lucky enough to get April again as well. They were all so hardworking, considerate and polite. They worked non-stop all day and had great attitudes.
If at all possible, I would really love to have the same 2 crews back for the unload and unpack if they are willing to do so and the schedule allows. They are already familiar with our stuff, and we were super happy with their work.
Later on both days after I had traded off with my husband, Mel and John (I hope I have those names right) came and my husband had lots of positive things to say about them as well.

“Excellent service by Tippet-Richardson at this end stage of our repatriating back from overseas. After our International move by Relosmart (that’s a whole another saga NOT related to Tippet-Richardson), our goods ultimately ended up at their bonded warehouse. As it turned out we are not able to move into out apartment for 9 months and are storing it there at a reasonable cost, and have been able to go into the warehouse and collect some boxes. All the while the fella in the back has been loading and unloading so that we could pick through. Great friendly and courteous service both times. Highly recommend.” – MBZ
