“My wife and I recently relocated from Calgary to Wales in the UK.  I’d just like to let you know how fantastic we found the service you provided.

A bit of background, we had previously used a moving company to move from BC to Alberta with atrocious service so we were a little unsure what to expect from a transatlantic move.

From the moment I called T-R, the service was unbelievable. I was referred to Mark Stables who was so approachable and knowledgeable. He explained step by step the process and was incredibly patient with the fact we didn’t have an exact move date.

When the time came to book the move, there was no doubt in my mind that we would be using Tippet-Richardson. Mark came to our apartment to provide a quote, which was very reasonable in my opinion. Not only was he very efficient and upfront, but he was also great with my kids.

When the time came for pickup, they were in and out in a flash, even providing extra padding and security for some items such as bikes and table. Very efficient indeed.

Mark was in touch during the whole time our shipment was in transit. He advised us and was up front about the fact that the ship transporting our sea can had been through bad weather and there may be some water damage ( of which there was very little damage if any at all).

The gentlemen who delivered our shipment to our house in Wales again were incredible efficient, polite and professional.

After the entire process I’d like to tell you how unbelievably happy we were with Tippet-Richardson. Mark was the stand out individual in the whole process and without him I’d of been lost. The price was fantastic and the timeline we received our shipment in was under the time promised.
