A Year of Resilience and Looking Ahead

A message from Brenda Naylor, President & CEO of Tippet-Richardson:

This past year has been one of the most challenging the moving and storage industry has experienced in recent memory. Economic uncertainty, shifting customer demand, rising costs, and an increasingly competitive landscape have tested companies across the country — and we have certainly felt those pressures as well.

What stands out most, however, is not the difficulty of the year, but the strength and resilience of our people. Through fluctuating volumes and constant change, our team continued to show up, support one another, and take pride in the service we provide. That commitment is the true foundation of our organization, and it remains unwavering.

Difficult times have a way of sharpening focus. This year pushed us to adapt, to be more intentional in how we operate, and to find better ways to serve our customers while supporting our employees. Those efforts are already making us stronger and more prepared for what lies ahead.

As we look forward, I remain optimistic. Our industry is cyclical by nature, and while this year required perseverance, it also reinforced what matters most — strong values, dedicated people, and a clear sense of purpose. With those in place, we are well-positioned to move into the coming year with confidence and momentum.

Thank you to our employees, partners, and customers for your trust and dedication. I am proud of what we have navigated together, and even more encouraged by the road ahead.
