During these unusual times, we’ve all been forced to rethink the way we approach our daily tasks. This is no less true for the moving and storage industry. Our industry is still carrying out necessary and essential work all over the world. Working through a pandemic is a new and unexpected challenge, but we’re here for our colleagues and clients!

Staying connected is one of the most important things we can do right now. To give you a glimpse into the lives of some of our team members, we’ve gathered together these photos. As you’ll see, some of us have carved out sweet spots in our homes to continue our work. (And some of us have attention-seeking furry companions!)

Food Drives for Move for Hunger

In 2019, Move for Hunger celebrated their 10th anniversary.  And what a way to celebrate!  They beat their own annual record and so provided over 3 million meals (3.6 million pounds of food) to families who are struggling with hunger! Move for Hunger motivates and coordinates companies throughout the US and Canada to host food drives and fundraising events, thus helping the more vulnerable members of our community.

Earlier this month, we were delighted and honoured to take part in the Burnaby Business Excellence Awards. The BBEAs are an award initiative of the Burnaby Board of Trade and the City of Burnaby. The awards honour and celebrate businesses, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations for their contributions to the local economy and community.

Corporate Kids Challenge 2019 for KidSport BC (featuring lip-sync of Zombies)

The 10th annual Corporate Kids Challenge for KidSport BC took place on Saturday September 7th. We were thrilled to be a part of it, especially as it had a Walking Dead theme! This year, our team was honoured to be joined by the super awesome lacrosse star Mitch Jones, of the Vancouver Warriors.
